OK. Into day #5 on remodeling my bathroom. Getting very tired of sweeping, cleaning out the tub of "crap" that has been scraped off of the walls. But, knowing that it's starting to come together makes it all worth it. I have a very old house and the bathrooms are set back in the 50's. Small 3" square tiles on walls AND ceiling. UGH!!
Decided to use some of "Mom's" money to fix it up. If it works out, the first floor bathroom will be next. The Saga Continues.......
Kathy - I don't envy the mess! I live in a very old house too, also with a bathroom last done in the 50s. I dream of double sinks.....
ReplyDeleteI feel for you Kathy. I'm in the process of moving and it seems like I am constantly cleaning and everywhere I look everythin is just a mess. It's amazing how much stuff you accumulate over the years only to find out its just more junk to sort thru and throw away. Anyway, it's good its only a bathroom and not the whole house. Good luck with the project and I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end. Teri
